Observation over assumption
Observe customers using your product in real contexts — their constraints inform better solutions. What distinct problems are they trying to solve in their messy, real lives?

We often fall in love with our solutions. But user research forces us to fall in love with the problem. That shift is subtle but transformative.
Small experiments + user feedback are more valuable than big launches without validation. Iterate, listen, and iterate again.
